sweet little M came to visit
]]>I LOVE everything about this session... the simplicity of it, the raw unedited life feeling it gives.. these are my favorite types of images... the emotional thought provoking ones..the ones you will look at and actually imagine you were back in that very moment again.. After the holiday madness slows down I will be offering these sessions in January and February. There will be no props, no loud bright colors, maybe even nobody looking at the camera...but there WILL be raw emotional connection between you and your family.. captured to remember and hold onto forever..the type of moments when you are laying in your bed with your littles and you think about freezing time and capturing that belly laugh smile, or that "nosy nose" kiss... I promise these will be your new favorite images :)
]]>I put together a sample of some of the sets ( not all) I have done . I absolutely love coming up with the sets ... Check out my pricing and packages here
So enjoy !

The answer: its never to early to book your newborn photo session. :)

"So you just found out your pregnant !!! How exciting and overwhelming at the same time! So many thoughts , so much to do. During your pregnancy, your list of things to do to prepare for the baby , although fun , can be overwhelming at times. Registries, doctor appointments, home renovations, baby photographer etc . the list can go on!
Searching for a newborn photographer to capture the very first moments of your baby's life shouldn't be complicated it should be exciting. So I have made this list to help you along on your journey and during your session.
1.Book session PRIOR to baby's birth so it is one less thing to worry about :)
Many new moms do not realize the importance of booking with the photographer prior to the baby's birth, as the sessions take place during the first 2 weeks of baby's life. The reason: they are the squishiest and sleepy and easier to get those signature 'newborn" poses we all love. Do this before you give birth so you it is one less thing to scramble for after. :)
2. Make sure to stay in touch with your photographer. When the baby arrives notify your photographer as soon as you can. This will ensure your session takes place as early as possible.
3.Communicate your likes and dislikes, keeping in mind you chose your photographer because you love their style. So although you may absolutely love a specific look, if it doesn't work for your baby or go along with the photographers brand, ultimately you need to trust in the photographer as they know what works for them best.
4. Be flexible.... this is super important! Babies are just that... babies.. they can be unpredictable. Their safety and well being should ALWAYS be the number one priority, so if there is a pose you are dying for and the baby doesn't like it.. understand that we as the photographers need to keep their safety first and you may not get the beloved shot you had in mind. But trust assure we will do our best to make you happy.
5. Relax and Enjoy! This is the most exciting time in your life. Sit back and enjoy and take it all in. Cherish the moment. Do not worry if you didn't use every single outfit or headband you had in mind for the shoot, Or if the baby wasn't as settled as you wanted them to be. Things happen, but most importantly enjoy the experience. You will not look back 10 years from now thinking damn I wish I used the brown hat instead of the blue hat, or I wish I had a full face of makeup on.. you WILL however look back and say WOW look at my beautiful baby. Look at these amazing pictures hanging on my wall . You will look and always remember the day , and that moment in your life. Because that's what is important.
6. LAST but certainly not least. PRINT PRINT PRINT! print your pictures. You spend hours searching for the right photographer, and invest in the session, so investing in prints is JUST as important. You can't hang CD or USB drives on your wall for all to cherish.. but you can hang a print for all to see! :)"

Recently I had the pleasure to photograph a beautiful family that is close to my family. Beautiful on the inside and out.. our session was nothing short of perfection... I think you will agree the sunset was surely AMMMMMAZZZINGGG that night as well.
Here is a small sample of what a SUNSET beach session looks like. I should also mention, TIME.... time of day REALLY DOES MATTER... it makes a huge difference in the overall mood and effect of your images. So when your photographer tells you an hour before sunset.. you listen :) and make arrangements for the kids that normally eat or sleep at that time..because for one day off schedule..will give you a lifetime of amazing memories to cherish and adore your home with! Im so glad my clients trust me :) The results are WORTH IT!

The other day I had a great session with one of my favorite clients. I LOVE to see how these littles grow! Miss "C" got so big since I last saw her at her newborn session!
Look at this angelic face!!
]]>What a beautiful day we had and so much fun at his party ;)

I was thrilled when "A" told me they were expecting another baby, and asked me to do the maternity/family session. The day was perfect ( a little windy) but perfect spring evening on the beach.. and this GORGEOUS family made it even better. I am so happy to see this family grow and can't wait to meet their new little baby!

I love photographing children and babies, but I also LOVE to photograph maternity, family sessions and Engagements! There is something about how the couples' love for one another can be felt through the images..the emotion is so real and sometimes some sessions can stop me in my tracks....
THIS session did just that!
I have been photographing their family since it started over a year ago... and I feel honored to do each session. I just ADORE them.
So its my pleasure to share this beautiful session...

One of my FAVORITE ages to photograph is between 6 months and 8 months old. They are just learning to explore , and grab their toes...its super super cute! So I was thrilled to photograph this handsome little guy. His mommy brought some fun props , ( his daddy is a fighter) and we had tons of fun!
Handsome little "B"

Mr. "G" was such a good little man during his session. And quite handsome I might add. :)
Happy Birthday Baby"G"
